Spares

• For all orders for spare parts you will be required to submit the model and serial number of the unit that the spare part is required for at the checkout stage.
• If you believe the part is under warranty our normal warranty procedures will apply (copies available upon request). You will be invoiced for the spare part and then receive a credit once the warranty claim has been confirmed.
• If you purchased the original equipment via one of our distributors you must contact them initially in all cases as they will handle your warranty claim on our behalf.
• If a spare part is showing as out of stock please check for item alternatives detailed below the selected item.
